God’s Never Mad

I received this beautiful text in reply to yesterday’s word about God not getting mad at us. It really touched me and I wanted to share it. “God’s never mad at me. He just finds a way to put the lesson in my direction to teach me a better way the following time the situation arises”.

God Is Not Mad

“It is so much easier to repent when you don’t feel that God is mad at you.” ——Judy Franklin

A Secret Life With God

“One of the best kept secrets of our faith is the blessedness and joy of cultivating a secret life with God. Imagine the sheer delight of it even now…He talks to you in the language of intimate friendship.” ——-An excerpt from “Secrets of the Secret Place” by Bob Sorge

Spread Love

“Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier.” —-Mother Teresa

He Directs Our Paths

“I recall the peaceful story of the cloud that led the Israelites through the wilderness. Whether it was two days, a month, or a year, as long as the cloud tarried, the people stayed where they were and journeyed not. But when it was taken up and began to move, they always followed. What a picture of the life of the believer! Truly I can confidently say of the Lord, ‘In all my ways, I acknowledge Him and He directs my paths!'” ——-An excerpt from “Whispers from The Secret Place” by Lynne Hammond

Thankful Rejoicing

“Rejoicing and giving thanks from the heart will always overpower anything negative.” ——-Graham Cooke

Give Your All

“The Lord doesn’t ask you for much…just all. And we all have an all to give. Just give all of it, whatever you have, no matter what it is, the materials of your life – give them all to God and His purposes, and they will become holy, and the glory of God will come down.” —— An excerpt from Sapphires by Jonathan Cahn

When God Calls

“When God calls, do you answer promptly? Or, do you spend valuable time trying to escape doing God’s will?” ——An excerpt from Mike Evan’s Daily Devotional

Showered Blessings

“And so, you’ll not, when the enemy shows his head, run away and hide. But, rather, you in the Word of God shall abide, and will speak forth by faith in love. And all of God’s blessings shall be showered on you from above.” This was the last verse of a psalm given to Kenneth E. Hagin. —— An excerpt from Health Food Devotions by Kenneth E. Hagin.

A Committed Follower

“A person who wholly follows the Lord is one who believes that the promises of God are trustworthy, that He is with His people, and that they are well able to overcome. —–Watchman Nee
