G.K. Chesterton was an English writer, lay theologian, poet, journalist, and Christian apologist.  He was known for his innumerable famous quotes.  These were especially meaningful.  “To love means loving the unlovable, to forgive means pardoning the unpardonable.  Faith means believing the unbelievable.  Hope means hoping when everything is hopeless.”  He  describes how positive thoughts determine a winning attitude.  “How you think when you lose determines how long it will be until you win again.”  Finally on miracles he simply said.  “The most astonishing thing about miracles is that they happen.”
